Real Wasabi, Grown in Tokyo
Two brothers cultivate wasabi in the pristine mountain streams of Okutama — just 90 minutes from central Tokyo.
TOKYO WASABI is a family-run wasabi farm in Okutama, the mountainous western edge of Tokyo. We grow wasabi in cold, crystal-clear spring water, guide visitors through our fields, and share the true taste of freshly grated wasabi.

Wasabi Farm Tour
Step into a working wasabi farm and experience wasabi with all five senses — the sound of mountain streams, the green terraced fields, and the aroma of freshly grated wasabi.

About Wasabi
What is real wasabi? Learn about the plant, the water it needs, and why fresh wasabi tastes so different.
